Accounting Product Suite Lead, Global

Responsibilities Lead the global accounting product portfolio across fund, insurance, partnership, and related capabilities. Set product direction and roadmap priorities in partnership with key stakeholders. Bring together accounting, data, reporting, and service capabilities into cohesive solutions. Serve as a senior product leader through expertise, influence, and sound judgment. Drive industry analysis, modernization initiatives, and product differentiation. Represent the product in client and industry engagements. Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance. Influence priorities and decision-making with senior stakeholders. Lead cross-functional outcomes through collaboration, credibility, and strong product knowledge. Help shape pricing strategy and product financial performance. Support capital planning, investment prioritization, and business cases. Support delivery across product lifecycle stages and ensure adherence to governance, risk, and control frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and risks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 15+ years in financial services and product management. Deep accounting product expertise. Experience leading global product portfolios and contributing to product financial performance. Proven ability to lead in a senior individual contributor role. Strong cross‑functional partnership and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with strong execution focus. Benefits & Compensation Salary Range: $137,400 - $233,600 USD (base pay estimate). Retirement benefits (401k and pension).
