Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and patient outcomes What You’ll Do As a Surgical Scrub Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and sterile technique. Key responsibilities include:
Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience preferred
Current BLS/ACLS certification required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and patient outcomes What You’ll Do As a Surgical Scrub Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and sterile technique. Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after procedures
- Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are properly sterilized and functioning
- Assist surgeons during procedures by anticipating needs and passing sterile instruments and supplies
- Maintain strict aseptic technique and identify any breaks in sterile field protocol
- Handle and prepare specimens for laboratory processing
- Clean and restock operating rooms between procedures
- Assist with inventory management of surgical supplies and equipment
- Support a positive, patient-centered surgical experience
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure efficient surgical operations
