Position Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Respiratory Surgical ICU Intensive Care Unit Department: 34500 Aurora West Allis Medical Center – Critical Care: ICU Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, 7:00PM to 7:30AM, 6‑week self‑scheduling, 3rdweekend rotation, 50% holiday rotation Shift Differentials Night shift differential: $5.00 per hour; Weekend differential: $4.00 per hour Schedule Details Self scheduling: 6 week schedule, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts, 7:00PM to 7:30AM, Every third weekend rotation, 50% holiday rotation Responsibilities Create and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. At least 1 year of RN experience (not for new grads). Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
