Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced FCAW Welders for projects located in the Bath, PA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Perform FCAW welding in a fabrication shop setting
Welds will vary based on project requirements and specifications
Read and follow fabrication drawings and welding procedures
Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
Assist with fabrication, fitting, and assembly as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Must be able to pass a weld test before starting
Previous structural steel or heavy fabrication experience is preferred
Standard PPE including steel-toe boots, welding hood, and welding gloves
