Location: Hybrid - Omaha, Nebraska

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for a contract position supporting Information Technology and Information Services hiring. This role will recruit for positions such as Full Stack Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and other technology professionals.

The Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process. This position is a good fit for someone who understands technical recruiting, can manage multiple openings, and communicates well with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional positions.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies for technical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, technical communities, and social platforms.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for technical experience, career interests, compensation expectations, and position fit.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, feedback, and offer activity.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple open positions and provide updates on recruiting progress.
• Track recruiting activity and use available data to improve sourcing results.
• Provide candidates with a consistent and professional hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical or Information Technology positions.
• Experience supporting the full recruitment process, from initial intake through offer acceptance.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, and other sourcing methods.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and changing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build working relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a recruiting team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for software development, data, cloud, infrastructure, or architecture positions.
• Experience using technical assessment platforms such as HackerRank.
• Experience tracking recruiting activity and reviewing hiring metrics.
• Interest in technology and learning about technical roles and skill sets.
