We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our diverse and compassionate team.Job SummaryAs a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing preventative and restorative maintenance on a variety of systems and equipment throughout the facility. You will ensure the continued operation and safety of all mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and contribute to a comfortable and secure environment for our residents and staff. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform skilled maintenance and repairs on boilers, mechanical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and electrical equipment.Complete assigned repair requests (e.g., beds, wheelchairs, light fixtures, etc.).Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.Perform all other duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Second Class Boilers License or higher required.Minimum 2 years of building/plant engineering or maintenance experience.Valid MN Driver's License required.HVAC certificate or degree highly preferred.Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC controls, electrical/plumbing systems, and industrial kitchen equipment.Ability to troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and large mechanical equipment.Commitment to working in a resident-centered environment with a focus on safety. Why Join Minnesota Masonic Home?A beautiful and well-maintained campus environmentSupportive team culture and leadershipOpportunities for professional growthA chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residentsSchedule: Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation We offer a tremendous benefit package for those working 64 hours or more per pay period including:Health insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceGenerous PTO and short term disabilityLong term disability option401(k) with immediate matchFlexible spending accounts for day care and medical expensesTuition AssistanceBlock schedulingEmployee CafeteriaAnd a beautiful campus to enjoy!Wage ranges are determined by role and level.
