Nursing Position at Broward Health Medical Center

Hire-On/Retention Bonus of $12000.00 (1 year experience required)

Employee Referral Bonus of $3000.00. The referee's name must be listed on the application under referral source in order to be eligible for any FT or PT positions.

Bonus Exclusions may apply in accordance with policy HR-004-026.

Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis and establishes care objectives.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing RN Diploma or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years.

Experience:

• RN License to practice as a professional Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.

Credentials:

• Registered Nurse
• BLS and ACLS Certifications through AHA or Red Cross
