New Construction Sales Representative – Denver, Colorado The DH Pace Company is requesting a New Construction Sales Representative in Denver, Colorado. The position involves sales responsibility for new construction sales on the commercial side of our business, specializing in commercial sectional & rolling door products, loading dock equipment, and high‑speed doors. Position Overview Establish and foster long‑term relationships with general contractors in Denver and surrounding areas. Meet with decision‑makers to engineer door solutions for customers’ facilities. Develop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale; must be proficient with Windows‑based programs, sales tools, and ideally have worked with blueprints/plans. Achieve sales objectives set by management, track and record sales leads and activities, and actively participate in sales meetings. Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals. Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of two to three years of outside sales experience calling on general contractors and distribution/industrial markets. Strong aptitude for technical applications and/or mechanical systems. Valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints; prior estimating experience generating proposals and submittals is a plus but not required if capable of learning the process. Pay Range: From $83,000, depending on experience. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision options available from the first day following your start date.
