Senior Machine Learning Engineer

The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Machine Learning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, NLP, and generative AI technologies, with substantial experience in developing and deploying ML-driven products. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest AI technologies, including transformer-based models and multi-GPU setups. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models, particularly for natural language processing and generative AI applications. Rapidly prototype new solutions and transition successful prototypes to scalable, production-ready systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML technologies into our account insights tool. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our product offerings. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with the ML team to drive projects to completion. About you Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and NLP, with a strong focus on generative AI. Proven track record of training transformer-based models and implementing multi-GPU setups. Familiarity with pytorch/tensorflow, numpy and training on AWS / GCP cloud. Experience in leading technical teams and projects is highly desirable. Demonstrated capability in fast prototyping and delivering ML solutions that have impacted business outcomes. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a preference for candidates who can work onsite 3 days per week. Why Join Us?
