Global Project Manager

- Serve as the single point of responsibility for all aspects of the project to the customer and SUPCON management.
- Establish project execution organization and procedures.
- Clarify the scope of supply and service.
- Plan, monitor, and control Project Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Risk, Change Orders, Invoices/Payments, and Documentation.
- Review and check the project milestone progress status.
- Report project progress and any hold-ups to the customer on a monthly basis.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and design reviews with the project team.
- Manage engineering support from HQ specialist engineers and sub-vendors.
- Oversee site work for installation, start-up, and commissioning.
- Ensure quality throughout the project.
- Ensure a smooth handover of the project to the service team.
- Prepare a job summary at the end of the project.
- Coordinate with OML for invoicing, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with the Finance department for project turnover and closure.
