About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Team Development for the Business Competition Team. This student position is pivotal in ensuring that each team member is equipped with the necessary support and foundation to excel in both competitions and their future endeavors. The VP will work closely with the Director and Team President to create and implement a comprehensive development plan for each team member, aimed at maximizing their talent and abilities as competitors. This includes analyzing performance results, designing improvement plans, and collaborating on event selection based on individual assessments and feedback. Applicants for the VP of Team Development role at the company should be current students, with a preference for those with junior or senior standing. The position requires the ability to fluently read, write, and understand English, as well as a minimum of one year's experience with CSMAC, graphic design, and social media. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for the essential functions of the role, which involve a high level of collaboration, analysis, and design of performance enhancement strategies for team members. The role is demanding in terms of physical requirements, including the ability to sit for long periods, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers for handling and feeling. The work environment is typically mild in noise level and may involve exposure to certain physical risks.
