Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a home health setting
• Manage a patient caseload across Spokane County and potentially lower Stevens County
• Document patient care and progress using the HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) EMR system
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
• Minimum of 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years
• Proficiency or ability to work within the HCHB EMR platform
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits across assigned territory

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Spokane County geography and surrounding areas
• Strong time management and self-directed scheduling skills suited for field-based work
• Experience working with diverse patient populations in a home-based care environment
