$310k base + Plus Production. (Base Never Goes Away)
20,00 Sign-On Bonus.
$10,000 Relocation Assistance (Negotiable)
5 Weeks Paid Time Off Plus 7 Paid Holidays
5 days of CME - $2,500 allotted

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

100% Outpatient
Brand-New Health Center opening December 2026
Light Call (1:7) - Phone Call Only Nurse Triages
Average 18-20 Patients per day - Focus on Quality Care
4.5-day work week for an optimal work-life balance

Board Eligible / Board Certified FM or IM
MD/DO
FM or IM
North Carolina License (or ability to obtain)
