Must be available to work Monday through Friday 1pm-6pm and a rotational Saturday 7:45am to Noon.

What we're looking for: Someone to provide excellent customer service while accurately and efficiently processing transactions in accordance with RCB Bank policies and procedures and within regulatory requirements. Someone to support branches across a specified region by filling gaps and assisting locations experiencing increased transaction volume or temporary staff shortages. Someone responsible for upholding consistent customer service standards, maintaining strong fraud-prevention awareness, and promoting products and services that enhance the customer's banking experience, regardless of assigned branch.

What you'll do:

• Obtain customer identification, signatures, and any other necessary required information; record and process all transactions according to regulations, procedures, and established controls at any branch location assigned.
• Examine cash, checks, and other supporting documents to verify authenticity, identify potential fraud or suspicious activity, and to protect the Bank from financial/reputational loss; follow established escalation procedures when encountering unusual or irregular transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily while adhering to branch-level controls; promptly research discrepancies and report any outages to the supervisor.

What you must have:

• Previous customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of teller essentials training program after hire

• Previous cash handling experience
• Previous float teller experience

This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that can be high-traffic during peak service times. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position. Individuals in this position are typically seated at their personal desk for most of the day.

The individual must be capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff and customers.
