U.S. Recruiter (Fully Remote)

We're seeking a highly driven U.S. Recruiter for a 6-month full-time contract. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and can build strong pipelines quickly. Must be creative and persistent when sourcing for hard-to-fill roles. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end recruitment for U.S. startup roles. Source candidates via LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, referrals, and AI tools. Partner with hiring managers and maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS. What We're Looking For: 7+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for U.S.-based roles. Proven track record in proactive sourcing and pipeline management. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Engagement: 6-month contract Location: United States (remote) Focus: U.S. Recruitment | Sourcing | Pipeline Management | Startup Hiring Springboard Springboard combines world-class online learning with high-touch human support, including mentors and career coaches, to help people change or advance their careers.
