About the Role:
Buckeye West LLC is looking for energetic and passionate restaurant professionals to join our team in beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ! Whether you're a skilled Server, Busser, Cook, or Bartender, we want enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and love delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding food and beverage service to guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages (Bartenders)
• Execute menu items to recipe standards with consistency and quality (Cooks)
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, tables, and service areas (Bussers)
• Support front-of-house team with table resets, restocking, and guest assistance
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be 21+ to apply for Bartender positions (where applicable)
• Food Handler's Card and/or AZ Title 4 Liquor License certification a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team-player mentality, and strong work ethic
