What You’d Do in This Role:
We're looking for an Executive Director of Product  to lead EveryDollar into its next phase of impact. This isn’t about managing a roadmap, but about defining what the product becomes next and making the hard calls to get there. You’ll set the product strategy end-to-end, deciding where we play, how we win, and what we won’t do. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems to solve across customer segments and turn that into clear priorities, outcomes, and measurable progress. You’ll make and communicate tough tradeoffs to protect focus, while raising the bar on product quality, ensuring the experience is simple, fast, and trustworthy. You’ll build deep expertise in how people actually change their financial habits, not just how they use features. At the same time, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and partner closely with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to drive aligned execution. You’re not here to run process, you’re here to own the product. You’re Probably a Match If:

• You’ve spent 10+ years in product management, building and scaling consumer products
• You’ve led and developed high-performing product teams
• You’re known for having strong product judgment, especially in ambiguous situations
• You’ve owned product strategy, not just execution
• You’re a builder at heart who has grown into leadership—not a process-driven operator
• You have a track record of simplifying products and making them better
• You’ve worked on products that drive real behavior change, not just engagement
• You can connect product decisions to business outcomes (growth, retention, revenue)
