Human Resources Administrator - Joint Meeting of Essex & Union Counties. (JMEUC) is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Human Resources Department. Under the general direction of the Chief Administrative & Strategic Officer, this position coordinates recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, payroll administration, and employee services while ensuring accurate, efficient, and confidential Human Resources operations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience. Experience with payroll administration, employee benefits, HRIS, and ADP Workforce Now preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
