School Psychologist

Seeking a skilled professional to provide psychological services to students in a school‑based setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated individual with experience in supporting young learners, specifically those in Pre‑K through 3rd grade. The position requires on‑site presence; virtual applications will not be considered. Key Qualifications Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Demonstrated experience working with Pre‑K students in an educational environment Familiarity with the evaluation, assessment, and support of children from diverse backgrounds Strong understanding of child development and early intervention strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and staff Ability to adapt services to meet individual student needs within a team setting Primary Responsibilities Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students in Pre‑K to 3rd grade Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement intervention strategies Provide consultation and support for behavior management, learning disabilities, and emotional or social challenges Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students Offer crisis intervention services when needed Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date student records in accordance with all guidelines This role offers a consistent, school‑day schedule from 8:35 AM to 3:45 PM, allowing you to make a tangible impact on young students educational journeys and emotional well‑being within a supportive school community.
