Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapy techniques aligned with clinical best practices to promote patient recovery.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment efficacy.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical assessments accurately.
  
  
• 
  Adjust therapy interventions based on ongoing evaluations to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and family members regarding recovery strategies and exercises.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license or credential.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong assessment and documentation skills.
  
  
• 
  Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Be able to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs and clinical scenarios.

  Maintain current CPR and first aid certifications.
