Guest Safety Ambassador - Luxury Hotel (White Plains, NY)
Coastal International Security, Inc.

Pay: From $21.00/hour
Schedule: Part-time, 4:00 PM - 11:00 pm, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays, Daytime shifts as well.
Start: Immediate. We're hiring for one open position.

About the Role
Coastal International Security is looking for an overnight Guest Safety Ambassador at a luxury hotel in White Plains. You'll be the face of both Coastal and the hotel, keeping guests safe while giving them the level of service a five-star property expects. If you have security or hospitality experience and you're calm, polished and good with people, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Greet and assist guests, visitors and hotel staff professionally and warmly
Monitor entry points and surveillance systems discreetly
Patrol the property and keep accurate, detailed reports of every guest situation and incident
Enforce safety and guest-service procedures respectfully and consistently
Calm tense situations with composure and good judgment
Work with hotel management, law enforcement and emergency responders when needed
Meet the property's uniform and grooming standards

What You'll Need

Active New York State Security Guard License
Current CPR certification
Experience in security, hospitality or guest services
Strong communication and people skills
Reliability, integrity and accountability
Availability for overnight, weekend and holiday shifts
At least one professional reference

Preferred

First Aid certification
De-escalation training
Experience in luxury hotels or other high-end properties
