Accounting Clerk

The main responsibility of this position is to assist the Staff Accountants on a daily basis with the processing of pay requests, invoices, and other project related items Other duties include: Assist Compliance Managers as needed with subcontractor compliance items; this includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the scanning of subcontractor compliance materials Assist CFO as needed Assist Accounts Payable Specialist as needed; this includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the collection and processing of monthly credit card reports Assist in duties as assigned All team members are expected to do the following: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients Represent Parrish in a professional manner in action, appearance & attitude Job Requirements: Language Skills - Team Member must have good written and verbal communication skills Other Skills and Abilities Needed - Ability to proficiently operate a computer and work with specific computer software such as: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Candidate must have excellent attention to detail Accounting background is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Parrish Construction Group
