Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
EzCare ABA, a leading provider of compassionate autism therapy across Virginia, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with families, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and make a lasting impact in the lives of children with autism. Our hybrid, supervision-focused BCBA role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, and the support needed to provide high-quality care.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:
• Pay Range: $70- $95/hour
• Job Type: Hybrid and Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Arlington and Surrounding Area, VA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
