Program Management Specialist

Serves as Program Management Specialist for the Department of the Air Force Assistance Fund (AFAF), providing enterprise wide oversight, strategic planning, execution, accountability, and fiscal stewardship for the Department's official charitable fundraising campaign.

Serves as the designated AFPC Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) and functional program management specialist for assigned Special Programs and represents AFPC in Headquarters Air Force working groups, policy reviews, compliance assessments, and enterprise process improvement initiatives.

Serves as the Department of the Air Force program management specialist and subject matter expert for fundraising policy, exercising responsibility for the interpretation, implementation, maintenance, and periodic revision of DAFI 36-3101 and related guidance governing fundraising activities across the Department.

Provides strategic planning, resource management, and organizational integration support for fundraising and special programs.
