Full-Time Variable - Nights and Days

Requirements:

• RN License
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• BLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association with at least 3 months left before expiration is required upon hire

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient and family-centered care using the nursing process, incorporating developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive practices.
• Communicate effectively within nursing and inter-professional teams to advocate for patient values and preferences.
• Integrate evidence-based practices into care delivery while recognizing the need for policy revisions based on new evidence.
• Utilize data to monitor care outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Minimize risks to patients and providers by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Use information technology effectively for patient care documentation and communication.
