Mid-Level Site Civil Engineer

As a Site/Civil Engineer, you will be an integral member of our design team, working directly with licensed Engineers on diverse and challenging projects. We value a good attitude and flexibility; candidates who meet the criteria can grow into the role. Core Responsibilities Lead engineering design for commercial and residential projects. Develop comprehensive site plans including grading, drainage, and stormwater management. Coordinate with project managers on multiple concurrent projects. Conduct site visits and investigations. Create detailed design plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and technical reports. Design green infrastructure and utility distribution systems. Contribute to team success through collaboration and knowledge sharing. What We're Looking For 4-6 years of site/civil engineering experience, particularly in residential site design. BSCE from an ABET accredited program. EIT certification (preferred). Strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
