Senior Purchasing Specialist

To optimize purchasing operations, the remote Senior Purchasing Specialist (Bilingual English/Mandarin) will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including vendor selection, purchase order management, and cross-functional collaboration with various departments while also supporting general ledger activities during month-end close. Key responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders in NetSuite based on approved requisitions Serve as the primary procurement liaison to internal teams, processing purchase order changes and monitoring open PO status Support month-end close activities related to purchasing, including journal entries and reconciliations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of hands-on purchasing/procurement experience, ideally in biotech or life sciences Hands-on experience with NetSuite Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English required Strong understanding of the PO lifecycle and Procure-to-Pay processes
