Mortgage Loan ProcessorJet Direct Mortgage is looking for experienced and ambitious Mortgage Loan Processor to join our fast paced, goal oriented and supportive environment.Here is what we are looking for:Review initial loan approval and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentationCollect all required documentation for the loan packageCreate a loan submission package for the Underwriting departmentSubmit files to assigned UnderwriterSatisfy all conditions when received from UnderwriterCommunicate with other professionals, including attorneys, county clerks and title companiesQualifications:10 + years processing residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional/ Purchase, Refinance) under various programs in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all government and regulatory requirementsUtilize in house technical systems and programs such as EncompassThorough working knowledge of underwriting policies, compliance, and proceduresExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skillsWhat you will get:Competitive compensation and incentivesExcellent benefit packages that includes Medical, Dental, 401(k), Life Insurance, paid holidays, and more!A supportive positive management teamTechnical support providing help desk, reporting and lead management, equipment troubleshooting and moreCome join our team!
