Employment Type: CTC, W2, Full-Time, 1099

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 to $75

About the Role

• SAP is integrating into SAP's internal CRM and systems, requiring a Reporting Functional Consultant to manage the transition of critical reporting from Salesforce and Tableau to SAP tools.
• The role involves inventorying SAP key reports and data, conducting gap analysis against SAP reporting capabilities, and collaborating with developers and change management teams.
• This fully remote position supports SAP Technologies in prioritizing legally required, executive, and operational reporting within the SAP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Inventory the most critical SAP reports and data used in the business
• Inventory dimensions used to filter reports and data
• Seek equivalent or near-equivalent reporting within SAP systems
• Perform gap analysis between SAP reporting needs and SAP available reporting
• Work with technical report developers on plans to close reporting gaps
• Partner with the integration project change management team to train SAP colleagues on SAP reporting tools and reports
• Collect business and data requirements from stakeholders for SAP Business Data Cloud / SAC Reporting tools
• Map key measures, dimensions, and data attributes to source tables in CRM systems
• Conduct data validation, use case development, and report testing
• Prioritize reporting needs (legally required, board level, leadership, functional, tactical) relative to project timeline

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience doing report scoping efforts
• Significant experience with a large organization
• Ability to collect business and data requirements from stakeholders
• Experience mapping key measures, dimensions, and data attributes to CRM source tables
• Data validation, use case development, and report testing experience
• Confidence working with all business parts and levels including executives
• Ability to assess and prioritize reporting relative to project timeline
• Independent business thinking to anticipate reporting needs, gaps, and issues
• Very strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Very strong organization skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP reporting and reporting tools
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAC Reporting tools
• Experience with ancillary systems like Gainsight
