Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Livermore, CA
Pay/Salary Range $20-$23

Work Schedule-Monday- Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm

Temporary, Onsite
Temporary Assignment 3 months but could extend 

We are actively seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a manufacturing and distribution environment. In this short-term assignment, you will play a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, processing shipments, and ensuring materials are properly received, stored, and distributed. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy and condition.
• Count, sort, label, and process inventory transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies to warehouse leadership.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for internal requests and customer orders.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock verification activities.
• Maintain accurate product locations and inventory quantities throughout the warehouse.
• Support shipping and receiving functions to ensure timely movement of materials.
• Follow FIFO inventory procedures and lot control requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist in material handling activities and operate warehouse equipment as trained.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience using computers for inventory tracking and recordkeeping.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices and lot control procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment.
