Job Description

We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians specializing in residential systems, particularly mini split and duct work installations in Western Massachusetts. This role involves working within a small team and traveling daily between job sites, primarily servicing single-family homes, multi-family residential buildings, and renovation projects. Compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience and performance.

Responsibilities

Install mini split HVAC systems efficiently and safely
Fabricate and install ductwork according to project requirements
Assess and ensure performance quality of HVAC installations
Use manual tools proficiently during installation tasks
Travel daily to various residential job sites
Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
Filling out paperwork for necessary completion of jobs

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license for daily travel to job sites

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
Experience with HVAC system installations and ductwork fabrication
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring related to HVAC systems
Strong time management skills
Understanding of safety procedures in HVAC work
