Position Overview

Ability Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Greenacres, Florida. In this full-time role, you will operate in an onsite rehabilitation facility, where your primary focus will be to enhance the quality of life for patients through personalized rehabilitation techniques.

Work Environment

The physical therapist will work in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility equipped to handle a range of outpatient orthopedic cases. Our facility is designed to facilitate hands-on therapy and movement-based rehabilitation, allowing our therapists to deliver customized treatment plans effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a low-volume caseload to ensure you have ample time to connect with each patient and understand their unique needs.
• Conduct initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and conditions.
• Utilize a range of hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and movement education to enhance recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, utilizing appropriate metrics to assess treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain compliance with clinic protocols and documentation standards to ensure a seamless experience for patients and fellow staff members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our team focuses on a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and mobility issues. You will engage with patients on their rehabilitation journey, guiding them through recovery while fostering a supportive environment that motivates them toward their goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) is required.
• An active and unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy license.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• Experience with current physical therapy modalities and evidence-based practices is a benefit.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
