Production Worker – Machine Operations (3rd Shift only)

Job Summary
Join manufacturing team as a Production Worker and receive hands-on training to set up and operate production machinery. You’ll work closely with experienced operators while learning machine operations, quality inspection, and manufacturing processes, with the goal of becoming certified within 120 days .

What You’ll Do

• Learn to set up and operate various production machines.
• Make basic machine adjustments under supervision.
• Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and standard work instructions.
• Inspect parts using precision gauges and measuring equipment.
• Perform quality checks and follow established testing procedures.
• Complete production documentation and labor transactions accurately.
• Follow all Safety, Quality, EHS, and Continuous Improvement standards.
• Work with Lead Technicians, Supervisors, and Engineers to resolve issues.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement activities.
• Work extended shifts, overtime, and occasional holidays as required.

• Willingness to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard work procedures.
• Basic ability to read blueprints/specifications and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work effectively with experienced operators and production teams.

Training & Growth: Hands-on training with a path toward machine/operator certification within 120 days .
