Portfolio Manager/Paraplanner Opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing, fee-only RIA to hire a Portfolio Manager/Paraplanner for their collaborative, close-knit team. This firm has scaled from $20M to $250M+ AUM in just a few years, recently completed an acquisition, and earned a spot on AdvisorHub's 2025 "Advisors to Watch" list. With a clear path toward $1B AUM by 2029, this role offers the chance to directly shape investment strategy, optimize systems, and make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead portfolio construction and asset allocation strategy
- Conduct investment research and recommend allocations
- Execute trades, rebalance portfolios, and manage cash flow
- Collaborate with advisors on tax-efficient investment strategies
- Develop and refine scalable trading systems and workflows
- Provide light paraplanning support (data entry, meeting prep, planning inputs)
We are looking for:
- Proven experience designing portfolios, not just executing them
- Series 65 or CFP® (required)
- CFA or CIMA preferred
- Skilled communicator with strong investment research capabilities
- Thrives in an in-office, collaborative environment that values growth and impact
