Housekeeping – Room Attendant (Part-Time / Full-Time, Weekends & Weekdays Available)

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our fun and dynamic team. This position is available for both part-time and full-time schedules, including weekends and weekdays.

Room Attendants are an essential part of our hotel team. In addition to cleaning and servicing guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities, they play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and reputation of the hotel.

Job Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel brand standards. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bed and bath linens
• Clean and organize guest rooms
• Replace amenities and promotional materials
• Remove trash and soiled linens and transport them to designated areas
• Maintain adequate cleaning supplies
• Use proper cleaning methods to ensure safety and prevent injury
• Keep supply cart fully stocked and organized
• Perform laundry duties including washing, folding, and pressing linens and towels
• Report maintenance issues or deficiencies to housekeeping or engineering management
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, public areas, service corridors, and linen closets
• Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards
• Follow hotel lost and found policies and procedures
• Demonstrate professionalism, friendliness, and a commitment to personalized guest service

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proper documentation (I-9 and E-Verify compliant)
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with managers, team members, and guests
• Strong team-oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain high energy levels throughout the shift

Physical Requirements

• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Lift, push, or pull up to 70 pounds regularly
• Frequently squat, bend, kneel, and twist
• Stand for extended periods
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
