Full-Time Career Nanny for Two — $30/hr, Guaranteed 40 hrs/week (Long-Term Role)

Experienced career nanny wanted for our 2¾-yr-old and 11-month-old. Full-time, long‑term — ideally 1–2 years or longer. Mon–Fri, 9–5, 40 guaranteed hrs/week at $30/hr. You’ll confidently handle both kids: park outings, developmental play, simple whole‑food meals (no nuggets‑and‑mac), nap and bath routines. We loosely follow Montessori and need someone who sets clear boundaries and holds them. Requirements: substantial prior experience, CPR certified, fully vaccinated (COVID + flu, documented), excellent driving record + own car, dog‑friendly, non‑smoker, fluent English, clear background check.
