Physical Therapist: Part-time Hospital Inpatient

Job Type: Part-time Pay Range: $53 - $58 per hour Job Location: Valencia, CA.

We are seeking a inpatient Physical Therapist to join our hospital team in Valencia, CA! This is a part-time/PRN position. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. You'll achieve success by:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities and needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans to enhance clients' independence and well-being.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborating with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
• Maintaining accurate and organized documentation of treatment progress.
• Directing and supervising Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and/or Aide.
• BLS/CPR required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.

Qualifications:

• Passion around serving others!
• AHA BLS required
• California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
