Collision Estimator & Customer Experience Lead

Boyd Group Services

The Boyd Group Horn Lake is seeking an estimator to create accurate repair estimates and coordinate customer communications through the vehicle repair process. You will document interactions, ensure insurance alignment, and support the team to meet KPIs. Responsibilities include guiding customers, maintaining DRP compliance, and attending trainings.
