Job Summary:
The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor and strategic execution partner to the COO. This individual will drive organizational alignment, oversee critical enterprise initiatives, manage executive operating cadence, and ensure key priorities move from strategy to execution. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional business acumen, project leadership capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to influence across functions. Primary Duties:
Strategic Execution & Business Operations
• Partner closely with the COO to drive execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that support growth, operational improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Develop project plans, track progress, identify risks, and ensure accountability for key deliverables.
• Remove organizational barriers and facilitate alignment across teams.
Executive Partnership
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the COO on strategic and operational matters.
• Manage executive priorities, ensuring focus on the highest-value initiatives.
• Prepare briefing materials, executive presentations, analyses, and decision-support documentation.
• Act as an extension of executive leadership in meetings, follow-up activities, and enterprise communications.
Program & Project Management
• Establish and manage operating rhythms, governance structures, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives and monitor progress against strategic goals.
• Provide rigorous follow-through on action items and organizational commitments.
• Support transformation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Board & Leadership Support
• Assist with board meeting preparation, investor-related materials, and executive communications.
• Consolidate business updates, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic analyses.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Influence without direct authority to drive accountability and execution.
• Facilitate collaboration between operations, IT, finance, commercial teams, and other business functions.

Education/Experience:
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, finance, business transformation, program management,
or a Chief of Staff capacity within the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare services, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience developing executive-level presentations and
analyses.

Preferred
• Experience in healthcare services, specialty pharmacy, PBM, healthcare technology, or another regulated
environment.
• Background in management consulting, private equity-backed companies, corporate strategy, or business
operations.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and board-level initiatives.
