Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with attorneys experienced in general liability casualty defense and complex civil litigation .

I work primarily with Am Law 50 100 and 200 firms but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms respected regional firms and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.

Experience That May Be a Fit

Handling premises liability personal injury property damage and casualty litigation .
Managing discovery depositions and dispositive motions.
Evaluating liability damages and settlement exposure.
Representing corporate clients businesses and insured parties.
Participating in mediation arbitration hearings and trial preparation.

Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm Id still love to hear from you! Relevant litigation experience matters more than the size of your current firm.
