As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security‑related concerns, and support patients, visitors, and staff with outstanding service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and other security‑related policies throughout the location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, staff, and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to enforce location rules, and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities according to post guidelines. Support emergency response activities, assist with de‑escalation when appropriate, and help to direct people during medical, weather, and/or facility‑related events. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
