Responsibilities Lead a team to design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique requirements on Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms. Build applications using a specified programming language per the Government. Build graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for custom applications. Respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment. Security Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. Experience and Education Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of 16 years. 12 years of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering). A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to 10 years of relevant experience. A PhD in a relevant discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of experience, reducing the requirement to eight (8) years of relevant experience.
