Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

As a Dental Hygienist at Palm Creek Dental Care, you'll be more than someone who cleans teeth—you'll be an elite clinical provider, patient advocate, and an essential part of the patient care team. You'll have the opportunity to educate patients, build meaningful relationships, identify their individual oral health needs, and partner with the doctor to provide exceptional care. Our hygienists are supported by a robust Hygiene Mentor Program and educational resources designed to help you continue developing your clinical skills. Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a newer graduate, you'll have the support you need to succeed.

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
