Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Maintenance Technician

We are hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics / Maintenance Technicians for a growing manufacturing team. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire, full-time opportunity with steady work, competitive pay, and potential for permanent employment and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and equipment inspections
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools
• Maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and production machinery
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Complete work orders and documentation through CMMS
• Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and plant safety procedures
• Communicate equipment issues and repair recommendations with production and management

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with 120V–480V electrical systems and multimeters
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Experience with preventive maintenance and production equipment
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience; programming not required
• Skilled trade experience in electrical, hydraulics, plumbing, welding/fabrication, or machining preferred
• CMMS experience preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA and LOTO procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined or elevated areas
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
