Job Type: Remote, Part-Time (flexible scheduling, W2)
Compensation: $25/hour
Join Think Academy as a part-time 1-on-1 Math Tutor. Provide personalized, one-on-one support to help students strengthen their understanding of concepts from their long-term Think Academy classes on a schedule that works for you.

What You'll Do- Provide 1-on-1 support to students, reinforcing concepts from their long-term Think Academy math class
- Help students work through specific questions, homework, or areas of difficulty
- Submit your weekly availability; teach sessions as students book them within your open slots
- Communicate professionally with students (and parents, as needed) about progress and areas for improvement
- Part-time — you submit your available time slots each week, and students book sessions within those slots
- Sessions are scheduled based on student demand within your submitted availability
- Compensation: $25/hour
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Strong math foundation; Math, STEM-related, or Education majors preferred
- Passion for teaching and supporting student growth; strong communication skills
- Tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or classroom teaching experience is a plus
- Math competition background (e.g., AMC, Math Kangaroo) is a plus
