IT Equipment Coordinator (TEMP) (1491131)

Description:

\tResponsible for various tasks related to IT hardware including inventory management, hardware break/fix and warranty support, setting up and collecting equipment from desks, preparing computers for deprecation and assisting with computer setups to distribute to staff.
\tBasic responsibilities:
\tInventory and asset management for all compute and mobile dev devices
\tBasic technical support triage including break/fix repairs
\tOS imaging for new deployments and secure wiping for recycling/donations
\tFacility-related project work such as desk setups and teardowns for new hires and terminations
\tHardware cleaning and refurbishment
\tIT asset distribution and shipping/tracking logistics
\tTech Ops project assistance
\tRequired skills:
\tA current CompTIA A+ certification
\tOne year of experience with IT asset management
\tDetail oriented with proven track record of success in a fast-paced, team environment
\tCustomer-focused and good communication
\tAbility to lift 30 lbs. and handle physical work related to IT assets and material goods
