Assignment Dates: February 16–20 & March 23–27 (Ongoing coverage possible)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Scope of Practice

• Diagnosis, staging & treatment of all tumor types

• Precision medicine & symptom management

• Oversight of oncology/hematology clinic and infusion services

• Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusions, hormone therapy

• Therapeutic phlebotomies & specialty injections

• MD onsite presence required during all infusion treatments

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology

• Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology

• Active California medical license

• DEA required

• ACLS required (Moderate Sedation privileges if requested)

• NPDB self-query (within 30 days)
