As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll ensure homeowners are scheduled quickly and accurately after a sale, helping create a smooth transition to the next phase of their project. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where communication and accuracy matter. What You’ll Do Schedule in-home Measure Technician appointments with homeowners Receive and process scheduling requests from Design Consultants in the field Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointment times and details Enter and update scheduling information in systems such as rForce and Salesforce Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records Ensure clear communication between sales and operations teams Support timely scheduling during evening and weekend shifts Help ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation planning What We’re Looking For 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred. Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and organizational Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities A calm, friendly, solution‑focused approach with customers A team‑first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed A high school diploma or equivalent experience Our Ideal Team Member You take pride in doing things correctly and keeping everything organized.
