Paul Bridges Group has partnered with a specialist executive search firm looking to add an experienced Senior Associate to its New York team.

The firm operates globally at the intersection of infrastructure, energy transition and investment, working with leading private equity, private credit and asset management platforms.

We are looking for someone with 3 to 6 years of executive search experience who understands the asset management landscape and wants to remain focused on search execution rather than business development.

This is a delivery centric role. There is no expectation to originate business. You will work closely with senior search professionals while taking meaningful ownership of assignments, including market mapping, research strategy, candidate identification and engagement, assessment, process management and client interaction.

The ideal profile will have:

3 to 6 years of executive search experience

Strong exposure to Asset Management recruitment

Experience across Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Energy or adjacent investment strategies

A retained executive search background

Strong research, candidate engagement and execution capabilities

Confidence interacting directly with sophisticated clients and senior candidates

Excellent attention to detail

A collaborative and team oriented approach
