As a Dental Assistant in a small dental office, you will play a vital role in supporting dental procedures, including dental implants, by working closely with the dentist and reporting to the office manager. Your duties will cover a wide range of clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth, efficient care and patient comfort.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort
• Take and process dental radiographs accurately
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, especially dental implants
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling
• Manage dental office inventory and maintain equipment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in dental assisting

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate in Dental Assisting
• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization techniques
• Proficiency in dental radiography
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Teamwork and attention to detail
